Did you know that Rita Marley, the wife of Bob Marley has lived in Ghana for over 20 years?
She moved to Ghana alongside Bob Marley's family in the 1990s. She became a Ghanaian citizen in 2013.
A New Name, Nana Afua Adobea, a Ghanaian name was bestowed on her.
Mama Rita is a staunch Pan Africanist. She campaigned for years to have her late husband Bob Marley’s remains rebutted in Ethiopia.
She owns a house in Aburi, Ghana.
