THERE IS PATIENCE n PERSEVERANCE. 

Beloved brethren, we often find ourselves in the space between prayer and the promise.

A space where nothing seems to be happening. 

After pouring our heart to God, after locating His will in the Scriptures, and after making Holy Spirit inspired declarations, what do we do before the arrival of our promise?

That sacred and sometimes scaring space. That space between prayer and promise. 

That space is for Patience and Perseverance. 

Patience reminds us that God's timing is not our own. He works on a divine calendar, and His plans are perfect, even when they seem delayed. 

Perseverance is the quiet strength that keeps us moving forward, step by step, even when the path is long and the journey is challenging.

If you are waiting for a promise to unfold, remember that the Lord is with you in the waiting. 

He is strengthening your spirit and building your faith. 

Don't lose heart, for the seed of your prayer is already planted.

Isaiah 40:30 KJV, says:

"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; 

they shall mount up with wings as eagles; 

they shall run, and not be weary;

and they shall walk, and not faint."

Keep praying, keep believing, and keep walking in faith.

Be patient and endure the waiting. 

The promise is on its way. It will not fail.

The Gift of Patience

THE GIFT OF PATIENCE. 

Beloved brethren, Patience is a virtue of great value.

No matter how visionary, how strong, how intelligent, how connected, or how blessed you are, life will undoubtedly, at some point, demand patience from you.

There comes a time in ones life when nothing seems to move. And even if things do budge, they don't necessarily move in your desired direction. 

It is in these moments that you truly understand the need for genuine patience.

I remember a popular song from my childhood by Lady Isa with a memorable phrase: 

"Dunia ina mambo, lukumba lukumba. 

Dunia ina mambo, mwendo wa ngamia." 

This was a gentle piece of advice to a young man, reminding him that even with a strong desire for speed, life often requires the measured pace of a camel.

No matter who you are, a time comes and you find yourself moving with the speed of a camel.

And that is all you can afford. 

The wisdom in that song is also beautifully echoed in scripture in James 1:4 KJV,

"But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing."

Embrace the gift of patience. 

It is not about waiting idly, but about maintaining faith and perseverance during the slow seasons of your life.

"Mwendo wa ngamia" is not a curse: it is part and parcel of the journey of life.

Time and Patience: Most Powerful Warriors.

Time and Patience:

Beloved brethren, today, I want us to unpack a wise statement from a renown philosopher who said,

"The two most powerful warriors are patience and time."

The Bible confirms this in Hebrews 6:15 KJV,

"And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise"

No matter how challenging the odds may be, if we arm ourselves with the virtue of patience and march on with time, there is no battle we cannot win. 

These two warriors are simple and powerful.

With these two champions by our side, our spirits will be strengthened, and we will eventually emerge victorious.

Every hero in history, needed time and patience.
