DON'T TEST GOD WITH YOUR UNBELIEF.
"Ye shall not tempt the LORD your God, as ye tempted him in Massah." — Deuteronomy 6:16 (KJV)
One of the greatest enemies of faith is a forgetful heart.
At Massah, the children of Israel had already witnessed God divide the Red Sea, destroy Pharaoh's army, sweeten bitter waters, and rain manna from heaven.
Yet, when they faced another challenge, they asked, "Is the LORD among us, or not?"
How often do we do the same?
When prayers seem delayed, we begin to doubt.
When circumstances become difficult, we question God's presence.
When answers do not come as quickly as we expect, we ask God to prove Himself once again.
But true faith does not demand new evidence every time a new challenge arises.
True faith remembers yesterday's miracles and trusts God for today's battles.
If God carried you through yesterday, He is able to carry you through today.
If He opened one door before, He can open another.
If He has never failed you in the past, He will not start failing you now.
Instead of asking, "Lord, are You with me?" let your heart declare, "Lord, I remember Your faithfulness, and I choose to trust You again."
Do not allow today's storm to erase yesterday's testimony.
Remember His goodness, stand on His promises, and keep walking by faith.
