Acquaint Thyself With God.
Beloved brethren, today I want us to consider the invitation to know God more intimately as expressed in Job 22:21 KJV.
"Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee."
The Almighty God, the Creator of the universe, is extending His hand to us, beckoning us to come and know Him.
Our God is not a distant, unapproachable Deity, but a loving Heavenly Father who longs for intimacy with His children.
"Acquaint now thyself with him," means drawing near to God through prayer, worship, and the study of His Word.
When we do it, consistently and tirelessly, the promise is that we encounter "peace" and enjoy "good."
God's favour, His provision, and His guidance begin to flow into our lives in ways we could never imagine before.
This is the invitation before us today.
The choice is ours, but the rewards are eternal.
I encourage you to,
"Acquaint now thyself with Him".
The result will be, "divine peace", and an never-ending flow of "divine goodness".
"Knowing God" is "The Ever Winning Card", in the game of life.
