BIG TREE - SMALL AXE.
Beloved brethren, today I want us to learn from a song, "Small Axes" by a popular music legend.
In the journey of life, we often focus on the big accomplishments and towering successes, much like a big tree overlooking all the other trees.
However, it is important to remember that no matter how big somebody may become, something seemingly small can bring him down.
A small axe can bring down even the biggest tree in a forest.
Likewise minor poor habits can undermine even the most successful person.
A tiny leak can sink a large ship.
The little issues we tend to ignore in our lives can have devastating consequences.
As we aspire to greatness, let us not lose sight of the small axes around us..
Anger, lies, envy, laziness, little compromises, side chicks, love for fame, love for money etc,
are all common forms of small axes.
Stay vigilant and mindful of these little things in life.
Song of Solomon 2:15 KJV, reads:
"Take us the foxes,
the little foxes,
that spoil the vines: ....”
Embrace the wisdom of this verse and handle with care the "Small Axes" also known as "Small Foxes" in your life to ensure your life remains strong, stable and untarnished.
