PASTORS: READ TO LEAD.
A pastor should read not merely for information, but for transformation.
Information fills the mind, but transformation shapes the man.
A preacher who refuses to learn will eventually have nothing fresh to teach.
Leadership requires growth, and growth requires discipline.
Books sharpen perspective, deepen wisdom, and strengthen spiritual understanding.
If a pastor is too lazy to read, he is too lazy to lead.
A leader who stops learning will soon stop leading effectively.
The pulpit should not only echo passion, but also revelation, wisdom, and understanding gained through continual study.
2 Timothy 2:15 KJV:
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
Keep growing.
Keep leading.
