HANDLE PRAISE AND BLAME WITH WISDOM.
Beloved brethren, today, I want us to explore the following wisdom nugget together.
"Accept both praise, and blame, with grace.
Praise does not make you any better,
neither does blame make you any worse."
Your true worth is not defined by external validation nor criticism.
It is easy to get carried away by praise and compliments.
You might feel inflated, superior, or even start to believe you are above reproach.
But through wisdom and humility, we recognize that our accomplishments are often a result of many factors:
•Hard work,
•Support from others, and even
•A bit of good luck.
Proverbs 21:4, says.
"Do not let your heart be proud, and do not let your eyes be haughty, for the Lord resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
When faced with blame, criticism or accusations, it is natural to feel defensive or discouraged.
However, blame rarely reflects the whole truth.
Blame is sometimes fueled by misinterpretations, misrepresentation, jealousy, envy and even personal grudges.
Learn to maintain your inner peace regardless of external opinions.
Remember, your true value lies in your character, integrity, and the positive impact you make on others.
Strive to be the best version of yourself, regardless of what others may say.
Let wisdom guide your response to both praise and blame.
Handle Praise and Blame as, Two Sides of the Same Coin.
