Definition
Addiction -
= What you cannot do without
= What you do easily without struggle
= What flows from you naturally
Fear Of God
= Respect for God and His commandments.
= Having reference for God
=  Not wanting to hurt God.
Psalms 19:9 - The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.  (KJV)
Another translation
Psalms 19:9 - The fear of the Lord is clean, and has no end; the decisions of the Lord are true and full of righteousness. (BBE)
What The Fear Of Does
  1. Fear Of God Gives Stability To Our Character
    - You become stable
    - You are predictable
    - God is seated in your heart
  2. Fear Of God Make You Hate And Avoid Evil
    Case of Job - Job 1:1 - There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed (AVOIDED) evil
  3. Fear Of God Is The Beginning Of Wisdom
    Proverbs 9:10 - The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom
    Proverbs 4:7 - Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom
  4. Fear Of God Makes A Hedge Around You And Your Properties
    Job feared God and God responded by making a hedge around him and his properties
    Job 1:1 - There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.

    Job 1:10 - Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.
