You Shall Not Labour in Vain.
Beloved brethren, today, I want us to open our hearts to the profound promise and hope that is found in Isaiah 65:23 NLT.
"They will not work in vain, and their children will not be doomed to misfortune. For they are people blessed by the Lord, and their children, too, will be blessed."
As we journey through life, we often encounter moments of doubt and uncertainty. We question whether our efforts and struggles will yield any meaningful fruit.
In this divine promise, God assures us that our work, our endeavors, our diligence have a lasting value.
His everlasting blessing is upon our labour and it is for generations and generations to come.
For parents and guardians among us, this verse is a comforting reassurance that our children are not destined for misfortune. No, no, no, they are heirs to the everlasting blessings from God.
The future of our children is built not on fear of misfortune: but on hope, faith and divine blessings.
Remember that being "Blessed by the Lord" is not merely about material prosperity or lack of hardships. It is about a life filled with purpose, love and peace. A life of "All Round Wellness".
Let us trust God that the seeds we plant today, through hard work, prayer, and devotion, will bear fruit for generations to come.
Let us walk forward with confidence, knowing that we are a blessed people and that this blessing extends to our children, covering them with grace and divine protection.
Let this promise echo in our hearts, and guide our actions, so that everything we do, we do it with the joy of being part of God’s blessed people.
Our labour is not in vain.
Our labour will never be in vain.
We are "The Blessed of God", and our children are blessed.
