The Ministry Of Angels In A Christian Live

Christians are so much aware of the ministry of the Holy Spirit, But they are ignorant about the ministry of Angels.

The ministry of angels has always been there since God created the world.

Angels are a little higher in strength, intelligence, vigour, power and might than man But they are meant to minister (Serve) saints
Psalms 8:4-5
4 - What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
5- For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

Hebrews 1:14 - Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Angels are meant to serve you. If they are not, something is missing in your life

Who are Angels
1. They are spiritual personalities with physical impact.
2. They are also called the heavenly host.

They are invisible, you cannot touch them but they touch people.

They have superior strength to Demons
Revelation 12:7 -8
7 - And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 - And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Bible Men who were served by angels
There is almost no man of worth in scriptures that was not helped by Angels.
The bible has over 300 accounts of Angels operations
165 in New testament of which 65 are in The book of Revelation Alone.

God does not change; what he did in the past He is steal doing today.
Malachi 3:6 - For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

1. Abraham - when about to sacrifice Isaac – Genesis 22:11 - And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.
2. Hagar – When in wilderness after conceiving – Genesis 16:7 - And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur.
3. Moses – At mount Sinai at the burning bush – Exodus 3:2 - And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
4. To Israel – Angel led the Israelites out of Egypt
- Exodus 23:20 - Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
- Exodus 33:2 - And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

5. Jesus – After temptation -   Mark 1:13 - And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

- When they were arresting Him - Mathew 26:53 - Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels

THE MINISTRY OF ANGEL TO DAY

1. The secure the path of a saint
   Psalms 91:10 - 12
   10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
   11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
   12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
2. The act as a defense in conflict
   Psalms 35:5 – 6
   5 Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase them.
   6 Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.
3. The acts as a hedge round about us
   Psalms 34:7 -  The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
   
   Job 1:10 - Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side?
4. They deliver the saint
   Acts 12:7 - And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.
5. They will guide you to your destiny
   Exodus 23:20 - Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

Angels are ministering spirit: Don’t worship them

Revelation 19:10 - And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Revelation 22:8 – 9
8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
