WHEN TEMPTATIONS CALL YOUR NAME:
When temptations softly whisper, calling out your sweet name,
Remember, my son, my daughter, it’s a cunning game.
With sweetness that entices, they promise joy and fame,
But beneath their charming faces are hearts full of mischief.
Sin is deceptive, wearing masks so colourful,
It lures you in with pleasure, then torment you with pain.
Secretly and forcefully, it pulls your soul away,
Like a thief in the shadows, it seeks to steal and destroy.
Though it may taste sweet, like fruits from the vine,
Know that its poison can paralyze any destiny.
Choose the path of virtue, let integrity be your guide,
For true strength and freedom come from within your inside.
So, when temptations call and try to lead you astray,
Hold tight to your values, and let discretion light your path.
With courage, you’ll rise above the temptations of sin,
For in choosing what’s right, you’ll stand tall and proud.
