Tomorrow is Not Promised

Tomorrow is Not Promised.

Dear brethren, one way to overcome procrastination and stagnation in our lives is the understanding that, "Tomorrow is Not Promised".

The truth is, tomorrow is never guaranteed.

Jesus Himself taught us not to worry about tomorrow, for today has enough, matters, issues and troubles of its own, Matthew 6:34 KJV,

"Take therefore no thought for the morrow:
for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof."

We often put off the important things meant to be done Today, telling ourselves, "I will do it tomorrow".

We think we have all the time in the world, but the reality is that tomorrow is not promised to any of us.

Instead of procrastinating and stagnating, let's embrace the urgency of today.

•Be kind to someone today.
•Do a good deed today.
•Reach out to that neighbor you've been meaning to visit.
•Don't wait for a tomorrow that may never come.

The time to live fully is now.

Tomorrow is not promised, so let's make the most of the precious present.

Tomorrow is not promised.
But today is.
So let us make Today count.
