The Power of Raising Leaders

The Power of Raising Leaders.

My beloved brethren, today I want to demonstrate the power of raising leaders by looking at the example of Christ.

A true leader knows that lasting success and continuity comes not from amassing multitudes, but from intentionally investing in raising up more leaders.

This principle is beautifully displayed in the life and ministry of Christ.

Though the ultimate goal of Christ was to reach the masses, He first focused on training and empowering a core group of 12 leaders.

In Mark 3:14-15 KJV, we read,

"He ordained twelve,
that they should be with him,
and that he might send them forth to preach,
and to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils."

This is also recorded in Matthew 10:1 KJV,

"And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples,
he gave them power against unclean spirits,
to cast them out,
and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease."

These twelve hand-picked leaders went on to continue Christ's World-Changing Mission even after His death.

By raising up and equipping others to lead, Jesus ensured the lasting impact of His mission here on earth even after His own death.

This is a major lesson to heed in our own lives, families and communities.

Whether in families, businesses, churches or beyond, the pathway to lasting success lies in pouring into the next generation of leaders.

By taking the time to identify, invest in and empower others to lead, we multiply our influence and create a legacy that will endure long after we are gone.

Raising 10 leaders is more Impactful than reaching a multitude of 10,000 people.

Multitudes will "evaporate" away, but leaders will continue the mission.

Let us be leaders who are passionate about raising leaders.

Leaders raise leaders !!!
