Discovering The Angel In A Wife:

Beloved brethren, today I want us to unpack a phrase I encountered from a preacher recently. 

The preacher said:

"If a man want his wife to be an angel, he must first create a heaven for her because angels don't live in hell."

The preacher was basically telling us, to have a wife as an angel, a husband must first create a heavenly home for her.

A marriage can only flourish when the husband tenderly cultivates an atmosphere of love, peace, and joy for his wife. 

When a man seek to make his wife feel loved, valued and cherished, she is empowered to soar in her role as his suitable helpmate and sweet companion.

The Bible in Ephesians 5:25 KJV, instructs husbands to:

"love their wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it". 

Just as Christ did for the Church He loved, a husband must be willing to lay down his own desires to ensure his wife's emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. 

A husband who creates a haven of comfort, security, and spiritual nourishment in the home allows his wife to blossom and fulfill her divine purpose. 

When she is surrounded by his tender care, she is freed to be the virtuous, gracious "angel" that blesses not only her husband, but all those whose lives she touches.

May each husband strive to make his home a little piece of heaven on earth.

That way, each wife will be "The Angel" she was created to be.
