Prophetic Focus - May 2015 - I AM FOR SIGNS AND FOR WONDERS – Is. 8:18

Heaven on Earth greetings in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

First, we give thanks to God for His unspeakable gifts over this Commission till date as the Mandate turns 34 come Saturday, 2^nd May 2015.

We also thank God for setting the stage for a new dawn for the Commission through the ongoing Covenant Hour of Prayer, taking place across our churches worldwide.

In addition, we thank God for the revelation of the ministry of the Holy Spirit and diverse miracles, signs and wonders as testified by many in our midst. To God alone be all the glory!

            

 I have no doubt that our encounters with the power of God in this season shall remain a growing experience with ever-abounding testimonies in our lives in Jesus’ name – Amen.

But what is the Holy Ghost saying to us as a church in this great month?

Remember, it is written; “The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: SO IS EVERY ONE THAT IS BORN OF THE SPIRIT.” – Jn. 3:8

From the above scripture, we recognize that:

·      Every child of God is born a wonder to his world – Jn. 3:8.

·      Every child of God is born for signs and for wonders – Is. 8:18

·      The supernatural is the natural realm of everyone that is born again – Is. 7:14-15/ Jn. 17:18

·      But miracles are no accidents; they are the deliberate acts of God in response to the desperate faith of men – Matt. 9:27-29

·      Furthermore, God is behind every manifestation of signs and wonders in the lives of men – Mk. 16:20/ Acts 10:38/ Acts 19:11-12

However, it takes not just faith but Unshakeable Faith – that is, TRUST to move the hand of God to unleash the supernatural – Is. 53:1/ Matt. 9:27-29/ Mk. 11:23/ Ps. 125:1-3

This is why the stronger our faith, the higher our level of command of the supernatural                     – Mk. 4:40/ Matt. 8:10/13/26/ Matt. 15:28

Indeed, signs and wonders will turn any stinking situation to a glorious testimony at the command of faith – Jn. 11:39-44.

We should however recognize that it takes being God-confident to command signs and wonders and that it is insight that enhances confidence – Jn. 6:6/ Acts 14:3/ Pro. 24:5/ Dan. 11:32

Therefore, all through this month of May 2015, we shall be exploring from scriptures the hidden forces behind the supernatural, which is key to actualizing the reality of ‘Heaven on Earth’ agenda for us as individuals this year.

We should therefore expect new waves of manifestations of signs and wonders in our midst this month as we all get set to lay hold on vital keys from the Word for operating in the realm of the miraculous this month – Ex. 4:17.

Therefore, the prophetic focus for the month of May 2015 is:

I AM FOR SIGNS AND FOR WONDERS – Is. 8:18
