God says it shall be well with the righteous despite every other bad thing happening around them.
Isaiah 3:10 - Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
Ecclesiastes 8:12 - Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:
Isaiah 3:10 - Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
Ecclesiastes 8:12 - Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:

Isaiah 3:1 - 9 paints a gloomy picture of what will happen to the unrighteous but verse 10 declares boldly that it shall be well with the righteous among them.
Isaiah
3:1 – 9
1 For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water,
1 For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water,
2 The mighty man, and the man of war,
the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient,
3 The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.
4 And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.
3 The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.
4 And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.
5 And the people shall be oppressed,
every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave
himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable.
6 When a man shall take hold of his brother of
the house of his father, saying, Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let
this ruin be under thy hand:
7 In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people.
7 In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people.
8 For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is
fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to
provoke the eyes of his glory.

Why Is God Saying It Shall Be Well With The Righteous
- Because Their Sins Are Taken
Away and Forgiven
Sin is the greatest evil
Sin is a sinker
Sin is a burden – Mathew 11:28 - Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Romans 4:7 - .. Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. - Because God Will Not Allow The
Righteous To See Corruption.
Psalms 16:5 – 6
10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
- Because God Will Defend The
Righteous
Psalms 91:1 – 5
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.( perilous / wasting disease.)
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
It shall be well with the righteous.
Psalms 37:37 - Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.
