While seeking the face of the Lord on how to go about
the explosive church growth prophecy concerning this year, the Spirit of God
revealed to me a most effective but neglected sickle for soul winning which I
call the Prayer-Reach Engagement.
While Outreach is essentially about reaching out to
others with the gospel of Christ in order to see them saved, Prayer-Reach on the other hand is about
reaching out to God for the salvation of others through prayers and
intercession. It is Prayer-Reach
that makes Outreach effective and fruitful.
The Prayer-Reach revelation is therefore
about the pivotal place of prayer in reaping and establishing the harvest of
souls into the Kingdom–Is 66:7-8/ Gal 4:19
Why must we pray for the salvation of souls?
From scriptures we understand that a sinner is a
captive of forces such as ‘principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness
of this world, spiritual wickedness in high places.’ Such individuals are held bound in the
kingdom of darkness by these forces. This is why we must wrestle in prayers to
rescue these prisoners of hope from the hold of the wicked into the Kingdom of
God. – Eph 6:11-12/ Col 1:13
The good news is, God wants all men to be saved.
Therefore every living soul is a candidate for salvation – Titus 2:11, 2Pet 3:9,
Jn 3:16
The Prayer-Reach
revelation is therefore a platform for engaging every believer as a soul-winner
on a mission both to see souls saved and established. Jn 15:16/ Gal 4:19
Soul Winning Enhances
Fulfillment of Prophecy
Hear the testimony of
the Eze family from Faith Tabernacle; “We got married in August 2006. Since then,
we had been believing God for children.
In September 2010, while Bishop was
declaring our season of harvest, he said, 'Make the remaining 3 months of the
year - the most spiritual months of your life and whatever you ask God, He will
do it for you.' I received it! That month, my husband and I said, 'God, we've
asked you for children, and we didn't see any. Now, we are asking for souls.
Give us unsaved souls.' That was what we asked God for. God did it! Those souls
God gave us, came to the altar and gave their lives to Christ. That same month,
I got pregnant, even when the doctor said that it wasn't possible!

As you will find
detailed in the bulletin, it is the extent of our love for God that determines
His manifestations in our lives.
Our
2013 Prophetic Pathways
By
the prophetic agenda for the year 2013 the congregational size of every local
assembly in this Commission shall be
minimum double of its present size within the next six months that is by the
end of July 2013. It is God’s agenda for this Commission this year.
Ø And because every divine agenda delivers on prayers,
we must rise and pray if we must see this agenda accomplished – Is 62:1-3/ 6-7
Ø Also, according to scriptures, God has ordained to
pour out the Spirit of prayers and supplication on the last days’ church, the
effect of which shall be influx of multitudes -Zech 8:20-23
Ø Fulfillment of explosive church growth prophecy cannot
be by waiting or by wishing for it, we must pray to bring it about –Is 66:7-8
Ø
Furthermore, we
must remember that in the rise of the church lies the rise of the saints
because every move of God ultimately moves people forward – Jer 30:19-21 / Joel
2:21-27
Every Winner
therefore must ensure that he/ she is not left behind in this great harvest
movement.
We
Have Seen This Happened Before!
“Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new
things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.” – Is 42:9
ü In 1994, our Lagos church grew from 3,000 to 10,000
worshippers, that is, over 3 times
in one year just by a Word from the Lord!
ü Our Mission to Africa began in 1995 but by 2012, the
number of churches planted was over ten
times of what we had in 2008.
ü Our church network by 2010 in Nigeria grew by over four times its size in one year and by 2012 we had
planted over 4,500 churches which are about ten times of the number of churches we had in 2009.
... and
many more.
All of the above
testimonies show that we serve a God of strange acts. Our God is at it again.
Therefore, to see our congregational size doubled
within six months is no big deal with God. All we need is to believe and we
have committed God to perform, because God has sworn:
“… Surely as
I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it
stand”, - Is 14:24
Our
Strategic Approach
In pursuit of Prayer-Reach project 2013.
ü Every Winner shall be required to target 7 souls for
Christ believing God for their salvation and establishment in the faith within
the next 6 months
ü Everyone one of us shall also believe God for at least
4 of such converts to be established in the faith in our local assembly
ü Each one of us shall be expected to spend time in
prayers on a daily basis for these souls. This shall be observed for the next 7
weeks beginning from 28th January to 18th March, 2013.
ü We shall believe God for everyone of them to be saved
in the course of this prophetic intercession by praying the Holy Ghost to
convict them of their sins; angels of God to lay hold on them for salvation;
God to send men to reach them with the Gospel as He sent Peter to the house of
Cornelius etc.etc
Finally, each one should expect the following as
rewards for genuine and tireless engagement in this prophetic Prayer-Reach
project:

ü Supernatural Answers to Prayers - Jn 15:16
ü Divine Favour trailing our steps all through the
journey of life- Ps 102:13-15
ü Divine Health becoming our lifestyle - Pro 13:17
ü Divine Protection against all satanic assaults - Lk 10:19,
ü Supernatural Breakthrough in all our endeavours - Lk
5:1-7.

fully deliver his targets as scheduled in this project.
