Facts About Marriage

1. God Is The Maker Of Marriages
   Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
   
   Marriage is meant to be beautiful because every God made was beautiful
   Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
   
2. Marriage Is Meant To Provide Help
   Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
   
   
3. Marriage Opens The Doors Of Favour
   Proverbs 18:22 Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.
   
   
4. Marriage Is Between A Man And A Woman (Not Otherwise)
   Genesis 2:21 -22
   21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man

5. Both Must Leave Their Father And Mother
   Genesis 2:24 -Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
   
   

FIVE TIPS ON HOW TO ATTRACT THE RIGHT PARTNER

1- Put Your Trust On God
Put God first in your life. He will make all other things to follow including a wife / husband.
Matthew 6:33 - But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.


2- Show Integrity.
Keep your promises. Never lie. Be prompt. Show that you are a person who can be trusted by anyone.

Let your no be NO and your yes be YES
Proverbs 11:3 - The integrity of the upright shall guide them:


3- Respect Yourself.
Men admire women who dress and act respectively and are respected by others.
Women like men who dress smartly and talk with respect.
In them, they see the mother / father of their child.


4- Embrace Tradition.
Serious Partner seekers are attracted by people who are conservative.
People who honour their parents
People who avoid alcohol
People who give to the poor
People with Character

Jeremiah 6:16 - Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.
